Found This Little Guy Last Night in the Cold
Meet Our Little Frosty Survivor
While walking home on a bitterly cold evening, a faint mew stopped me in my tracks. There, huddled against the wind, was the tiniest gray tabby kitten, his fur dusted with snowflakes. His whole body trembled, not just from the cold but from fear. Without hesitation, I scooped him up, tucking him inside my coat where he immediately burrowed into the warmth.
Now safe indoors, this brave little soul has traded snowdrifts for sunbeams. His transformation from a shivering stray to a purring lap cat amazes me daily. That first night, he devoured two bowls of kitten food before falling asleep mid-bite, his paws kneading imaginary dough. Rescued cats often show extraordinary gratitude, and this little guy repays his rescue with endless headbutts and the loudest purrs I’ve ever heard from such a small body.
