Every time I step into the kitchen, Gambit and Beast come running to claim their favorite spots. Gambit prefers the windowsill where he can observe the action from above, while Beast curls up near the warm oven, watching my every move with wide, curious eyes. Their synchronized head tilts when I chop vegetables never fail to make me smile.
