The past five nights were filled with restless worry as we searched everywhere for our adventurous feline friend. Posters went up, neighbors were alerted, and every rustling leaf brought a flicker of hope. Then yesterday, just as we were losing faith, a familiar meow sounded at the back door. There he was, slightly dusty but unharmed, blinking up at us with those same mischievous eyes.
