How Pekoe Makes It Through a Chicago Winter

Pekoe, a savvy feline resident of Chicago, has perfected her winter survival strategies. When the icy winds blow and snow blankets the city, this smart cat knows exactly how to stay warm. Her favorite tactic involves seeking out precious sunbeams streaming through windows. Pekoe will curl up in these natural heating spots, basking in their warmth for hours.

When the sun dips low, Pekoe turns to her second strategy for combating the cold. She becomes a master of blanket burrowing, skillfully tunneling under cozy throws and comforters. This clever technique creates a snug nest that protects her from winter’s chill. Between sunbeam naps and blanket forts, Pekoe proves that even in the harshest Chicago winters, a resourceful cat can stay perfectly warm and content.
