When I first met Sophia, a graceful 2.5-year-old tabby with soulful eyes, I knew our lives were about to change forever. Watching Sophia blossom in her forever home has been one of life’s greatest joys. From her first confident stretch on our sofa to her current reign as household supervisor, she’s taught me that rescue isn’t about saving animals, it’s about being saved by them. Sophia now spends her days sunbathing, playing with feather toys, and proving that second chances can lead to beautiful new beginnings.
